CHANGE MANAGER

 

Fixed Term Contract: 3 years

 

Location: Central London

 

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Change Manager to join our MAC (Marketing, Admissions, Communications) team, sat within the Group Central Support.  

 

As a member of the central support MAC team in our London headquarters, we are looking for someone to work alongside the MAC IT Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for managing the change across a global IT transformation project within our marketing team.

 

 

The Role:

We seek a qualified, and experienced Change Manager to:

 

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Asses the change impact.
  • Complete change management assessments.
  • Identify, analyse, prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.

 

The Successful Candidate will possess:

 

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategies and tactics.
  • Understand organisational issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts.
