Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

In the role of Digital Performance Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading our global digital performance marketing strategy and activation plan, growing enquiries and visits to our schools through online media.
The role:
As Digital Performance Senior Manager your focus will be:
- Lead, coach and develop the Digital Media team to deliver against targets and progress against personal development goals.
- Contribute regularly to leadership team discussions about MAC projects and initiatives.
- Support the Group Head of Digital to develop overarching digital strategy, specifically around paid media and channel activation to demonstrate leadership at every stage of the online Parent Experience Journey.
- Understand all various digital media channels (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Social Media) and the potential for Nord Anglia.
- Manage our agency partner and internal media team to deliver our global paid media activation plan, ensuring each campaign is fully resourced and delivering against KPl's.
- Develop and share best practice standards for paid media across our network of schools (e.g. PPC, Display, Paid Social).
- Ensure that every global referral campaign is set-up in-line with NAE best practice creative and tracking to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- Hands on digital marketing experience.
- Extensive experience executing digital marketing (PPC, SEO, social media) with particular emphasis on Google AdWords and analytics.
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
- Excellent analytical skills -with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
- Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPls and ROI.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
- Experience in budget management.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform tools
- Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize work against the organisation's goals.
- Team management experience (agency/ clientside).
