Group Finance Manager

 

Join our team as a Group Finance Manager based at our London Headquarter Office, where you will play a crucial role in steering the financial operations for our Group Central Support division. This position carries the responsibility of ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, adherence to compliance requirements, and the formulation of robust strategic financial plans to support the organisation’s overall vision.

 

The successful candidate will bring a comprehensive finance management background, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and a collaborative approach to working within an international and culturally diverse organisation.

 

In this role, you will lead the development of financial strategies, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and act as a key liaison across multiple departments and stakeholders, contributing significantly to the sustained financial strength and strategic success of Nord Anglia Education Limited.   • Team Leadership and Development: A strong track record of leading finance teams, inspiring collaboration, performance excellence, and fostering a culture of responsibility and innovation.
  • Compliance and Governance: Deep understanding of financial regulations and standards, ensuring all financial activities meet legislative and internal governance criteria.
  • Insightful Analytical Capabilities: Aptitude for dissecting complex financial information to generate actionable insights that drive informed decision-making at the executive level.
  • Effective Communication and Relationship Management: Skilled at engaging with senior management, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, promoting transparency and strategic alignment.
