Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

In the role of Group Head of HR Systems and Data, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimisation of HR systems and data across the group. This role ensures that the SAP SuccessFactors platform and associated HR technologies effectively support business goals, deliver an exceptional employee experience, and provide robust data analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
The role:
As Group Head of HR Systems and Data your focus will be:
- Partner with IT Business Partner to create Strategic Roadmap and business cases for SuccessFactors.
- Lead the global strategy, governance, and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors and integrated HR technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR systems to enhance user experience, automation, and process efficiency.
- Lead the development of advanced analytics and dashboards to support workforce planning, talent management, and strategic HR insights.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure HR system capabilities meet evolving business requirements.
- Promote a culture of data literacy, digital transformation, and innovation within the HR function.
- Oversee major HR technology projects including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Manage vendor relationships with SAP and third-party providers, ensuring service levels and system performance meet organizational standards.
- Drive ROI from technology investments through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment, with a growth mindset and a willingness to adapt to change.
- Global mindset and experience working with diverse teams and cultures across multiple geographies.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive HR systems experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or group-level HRIS/HR Data role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
- Demonstrated success leading global teams, projects, and complex integrations.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
