HRIS Change & Comms Manager

 

Offering a 12 month fixed-term contract. 

 

Join Nord Anglia Education's HR team as an HRIS Change & Comms Manager, based in our London Headquarter Office.

 

This role is crucial in managing and enhancing our HR Information Systems to ensure seamless change management and effective communication strategies across the organisation. You will spearhead HRIS-related projects, ensuring that change initiatives are implemented smoothly and that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. This position offers the opportunity to work within the Group Central Support division, directly contributing to the strategic HR objectives that support our global educational network.

 

The role:

 

  • You’ll lead the change, communication, and adoption strategy for the global SuccessFactors transformation, ensuring successful delivery, embedding, and long-term adoption across all schools and offices.
  • You’ll work closely with HR, Technology, and senior stakeholders to translate programme delivery into clear, engaging communications and adoption interventions that improve employee experience and drive measurable benefits realisation.
  • You will also support programme delivery by applying strong project management discipline across change activities, ensuring alignment to timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
  • As a team player, you’ll operate across global, regional, and local teams to enable a seamless transition to a digital, data-driven HR experience aligned to our 2030 vision.
  • Your role will impact the organisation by accelerating adoption, reducing risk, and ensuring the programme delivers its intended value at scale across 35+ countries.

What we're looking for:

 

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled HRIS Change & Communications Manager who can bring a strategic and proactive approach to managing HR information system transformations and communication channels. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in planning, executing and monitoring HR system changes and upgrades, with a strong ability to manage resistance and foster a positive adoption culture among employees.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to craft clear, concise, and impactful messages tailored to different audiences within the organisation, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
  • HRIS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HRIS platforms, preferably with hands-on experience in leading system enhancements, data management, and troubleshooting.
  • Project Management Skills: Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical mindset to assess system requirements, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Influencing: Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including HR business partners, IT, and external vendors, to align change and communication strategies with business objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to managing communications, documentation, and project details ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and capable of anticipating challenges with creative solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital communication tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and potentially other HR-related software to enhance system functionality and user engagement.
