HRIS SME

 

Offering a 12 month fixed-term contract.

 

As an HRIS SME based at our London Headquarter Office, you will play a crucial role within the Group Central Support team, ensuring effective management and optimisation of our Human Resources Information Systems. 

 

Your expertise will support HR processes that align with the company's strategic goals, fostering a seamless integration of technology and HR operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across divisions and impact organisational efficiency significantly.

 

 

The role:

 

  • The Senior Manager, HRIS (SuccessFactors SME) is the functional authority for SuccessFactors, accountable for ensuring the platform is designed, configured and governed to deliver best-in-class HR processes aligned to NAE’s global people strategy.
  • This role leads the functional design and quality of SuccessFactors across defined modules, translating complex HR requirements into scalable, well-governed system solutions.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to HR stakeholders, the role challenges thinking, guides design decisions and ensures solutions balance global standardisation with local needs.
  • As part of the HR Systems & Operations function, the role has primary accountability for functional quality, governance maturity and the ongoing capability of the HR community to effectively leverage the system.
  • The role also provides line management to a HRIS Business Analyst and actively contributes to building functional capability across HR.

To excel in the HRIS SME role, candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of human resources information systems and their application within a large, dynamic organisation. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

 

  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with HRIS platforms, system configuration, data management, and reporting tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Communication: Skilled in communicating complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience managing or contributing to projects involving HR technology upgrades, implementations, or integrations.
  • Collaboration and Empathy: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments, listening and responding empathetically to user needs and challenges.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to embrace change positively, responding efficiently to evolving technology and business requirements.
  • Decision Making: Proven track record of making well-considered decisions that balance technical feasibility and business impact.
