In the role of Head of Treasury Execution, you will be responsible for Group liquidity planning, trade execution and financial risk management for NAE Group companies.
The role:
As Head of Treasury Execution your focus will be:
- Overseeing 12-week rolling liquidity forecasts and supporting long-term financial planning.
- Managing group-wide cash, liquidity, and debt activities.
- Delivering insightful treasury reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Executing FX and interest rate trades to mitigate financial risk.
- Leading financial risk management initiatives and compliance with treasury policies.
- Building strong relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders.
- Driving system improvements and automation through our Treasury Management System.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- A strong and proven background on pricing and trading financial products across FX and Interest rates for both developed, emerging, as well as frontier markets.
- Build, manage and mentor a cohesive and high performing team. Demonstrate effective people management and coaching skills across geographies and in a hybrid work environment.
- Focus on technology solutions for automation and efficiency of processes, with an emphasis on maintaining effective controls and standardisation.
- Proven financial risk management experience across all disciplines.
- Strong understanding of banking practices and solutions such as cash pooling structures and managing cash and liquidity in complex jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior management and Regional Finance teams in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ability to build credibility and maintain relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues and represent the Group at industry events as a thought leader.
- Experienced Treasury Finance professional, with PQE experience and a solid track record, underpinned by relevant Treasury and/or accounting qualifications (ACT/AMCT and/or CIMA/ACCA/ACA or similar).
- Proven treasury management experience in a geographically diverse multinational group, with experience operating at group level, with in depth knowledge of global banking and payment networks
- Experience and proficient with finance and treasury technology such as ERP (NAV BC), EPM (OneStream) and TMS (FIS Integrity).
- Track record of operating in a treasury transformation environment, and developing and implementing new operating procedures / SOPs.
- Maintaining a robust control environment in a geographically diversified organisation.
- Strong commercial background and understanding of drivers of trading performance.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and BI for producing reports, dashboards and presentations.
