Head of Compliance, UK

The Head of Compliance, UK Schools is a pivotal member of the Nord Anglia Education’s UK schools leadership team. They will lead the UK Compliance Team and be responsible for ensuring that the UK school’s policies and procedures adhere to all relevant UK laws and regulations, particularly in respect of immigration, student sponsorship, and safeguarding student data. This role includes overseeing DfE, UKVI, ISI and OFSTED inspections, preparing the school for audits, and driving process improvements in all relevant departments to maintain compliance and enhance efficiency.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Admissions, Senior Leadership, Governors and external regulatory bodies to uphold the highest standards in student compliance. In addition, they will work closely with our external immigration advisors.
