Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

In the role of Leadership and Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the Professional Learning and Leadership Programme team. The role is pivotal in helping the team to deliver leadership development programmes, Professional Learning, and global change initiatives effectively.

 

The role supports and enhances the implementation of our Professional Learning strategy, supporting the delivery of a world-class education for students globally.

 

The role:

As Leadership and Programme Coordinator your focus will be to:

  • Support implementation of NAU platform enhancements (UX/UI improvements, search/discoverability, leadership communities) and SuccessFactors-led personalization via the NAU leadership offer
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new digital features and integrations; produce how-to guides and microlearning for authors and users
  • Maintain and update digital leadership spaces and ensure accessibility and compliance
  • Collect, analyse and present leadership offering platform usage and engagement data to inform continuous improvement and capital investment reporting
  • Embed evergreen leadership content strategies (templates, design systems) and automation to lower maintenance overhead and extend useful life of assets. Leadership Development
  • Coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of face-to-face and virtual development sessions, tasks and webinars
  • Conducting analyses on diversity data and looking at ways in which our programmes can be more inclusive
  • Maintaining and developing Leadership areas, online leadership programme channels and communities of practice on Nord Anglia University. Project Management, Coordination and Administration
  • Coordinating, scheduling and planning of residentials, webinars, and online learning relating to the leadership and professional learning programmes and tracking attendance and impact of our programmes
  • Creating, managing and tracking residential plans
  • Liaising and coordinating with residential host schools, hotels and participants to ensure all logistical requirements are met

 

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational capabilities and good attention to detail
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced global organisation
  • Good analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success
  • Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
  • Proficiency in using MST, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Effectively convey information and ideas, both verbally and in writing with cross functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
