In the role of Engagement and Integration Manager, you will be responsible for establishing initial relationships with new schools to embed Nord Anglia University (NAU) as the catalyst of school improvement through professional learning. Your work will ensure all schools not only engage with NAU but also exploit its full potential to drive continuous improvement, commercial success, and alignment with the Nord Anglia Education (NAE) offer.
You will champion initiatives that ensure schools understand how NAU supports their success and contributes to the wider NAE value proposition. Through integration initiatives, communications, engagement campaigns, and targeted support, you will build buy-in and participation, driving measurable impact on school performance and staff development.
The role:
As Engagement and Integration Manager your focus will be:
- Integrate new schools onto NAU effectively as one of the core avenues to immerse in the professional learning offered through NAU that drive their school improvement strategies
- Develop and showcase an in-depth understanding of the programme
- Implement and maintain the engagement strategy around making the best use of NAU
- Run regular sessions with NAU champions and key schools to support the use of NAU effectively
- Run training sessions and communications around new features on NAU to Professional Learning Leader (PLL)’s and the wider NAE community
- Run the integration process and training sessions with new schools
- Develop strong collaborative relationships across our NAU, Education, central, regional, and local school teams to help us deliver a world-class professional learning programme.
- Spot trends and priorities, making recommendations to improve engagement strategies to new and existing schools, identifying opportunities to showcase the impact of the Professional Learning offer through engagement reports
- Manage and implement the integration processes to ensure new schools experience a positive onboarding
- Manage internal Professional Learning communications to drive awareness, engagement, and buy-in, and evaluate impact
- Liaise with the MAC team on external activity to promote the Professional Learning offer and its benefits to potential new schools
- Manage the content development for integration of new schools
- Support the community of practice and Professional Learning Leaders initiatives through communications and maintenance of systems
- Implement the communications processes around Professional Learning initiatives
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- You’ll be flexible in your approach to work
- You’ll have exceptional communication skills that will present NAE as a premium brand to internal and external stakeholders for culturally diverse audiences.
- You’ll have experience working on professional learning.
- You’ll have experience working in an education sector.
- You’ll have excellent organisational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- You’ll be able to work to tight deadlines and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- You’ll be adaptable to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
