In the role of NAU Programme Lead, you will be responsible for leading the next transformative phase of Nord Anglia University (NAU), positioning it as a cornerstone of Nord Anglia Education’s (NAE) global success. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a visionary leader who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
Your mission is to ensure NAU becomes the most effective, intuitive, and engaging professional learning platform in international education. You will drive continuous improvement across NAU’s platform, content, and culture, embedding it deeply into NAE to accelerate educational, organisational, and commercial success.
The role:
As NAU Programme Lead your focus will be to:
- Shape and deliver a bold vision for NAU aligned with Nord Anglia Education’s global priorities.
- Oversee the evolution of NAU’s digital infrastructure to ensure it is intuitive, scalable, and future-ready.
- Use data, feedback, and research to enhance content, user experience, and engagement.
- Position NAU as a global leader through accreditation, partnerships, and cutting-edge learning strategies.
- Work across Education, HR, IT, and Digital to deliver integrated solutions that empower staff and improve student outcomes.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver on immediate priorities and plan for future needs
- Ability to contribute to a range of projects running simultaneously, maintaining high standards
- Excellent presentational skills that will present NAE as a premium brand to external stakeholders
- Highly developed inter-personal skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Ability to work independently, displaying initiative and creativity
- Highly developed project management skills
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
