Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

In the role of NAU Platform System Administrator, you will be responsible for administrative support of the Nord Anglia University platform, our hub for professional learning.

 

You will audit, monitor and update key areas of the platform to ensure the learning experiences for all colleagues are accessible and resources on the platform remain relevant, up-to-date and visible to appropriate groups.

 

You will support with onboarding and training resources to empower learners and power users to make best use of the platform.

 

You will support with maintaining internal dashboards and reports to monitor engagement and performance of the platform.

 

You will collaborate with internal teams (Education, HR, IT) and with platform consultants to implement effective processes to maintain and update the platform.

 

The role:

As NAU Platform System Administrator your focus will be:

  • Work closely with NAU Platform Innovation Lead to implement agreed roadmap for maintaining and enhancing the platform.
  • Contribute to liaising with platform vendors and maintaining these relationships
  • Maintain technical architecture, working to an agreed playbook (communities, user learning journey, content tagging and auditing, skills taxonomy etc)
  • Implement and maintain an agreed archiving and sunsetting process for all elements of learning programmes
  • Support with implementing UX/UI enhancements that meet evolving personalisation needs
  • Support with testing emerging technologies, e.g. AI, adaptive learning, micro-credentialing, and access their relevance to NAU’s strategic goals
  • Work with IT colleagues to support integration with other platforms and implement other technical improvements
  • Monitor and implement agreed platform standard operating procedures (incl. Power Users, widgets, channels, pages, groups, community spaces, codes, titles, descriptions etc.)
  • Implement accessibility standards and universal design principles into all platform developments
  • Support with implementing an analytics framework to evaluate platform impact on user engagement, learning outcomes and professional growth
  • Implement agreed improvements identified through the analytics of platform success
  • Support with bi-annual LMS reviews
  • Skills using Docebo functionality (or similar experience with alternative LMS)
  • Expertise with HTML and CSS to implement platform improvements
  • Understanding of best practice for learning platforms and keeping up to date with latest trends through attending relevant training events.

 

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of platform infrastructure, enabling the implementation of improvements that enhance user accessibility, experience, and personalisation.
  • Strong UX/UI knowledge and experience preferable
  • Proven experience working with the Docebo platform (or similar)
  • Background in platform management, lifecycle management, and vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with data governance, security and compliance standards
  • Collaborative mindset with a user-centric approach
  • Experience working in the education sector preferable
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver on immediate priorities and plan for future needs.
