School Engagement and Implementation Lead, Education Research
The School Engagement and Implementation Lead is a vital role within Nord Anglia Education's Group Central Support team, based at our London Headquarter Office. This position is primarily responsible for spearheading and coordinating engagement initiatives across our extensive global network of schools.

Build and manage strong relationships with schools, regional stakeholders, and education research leads across NAE

Lead onboarding and ongoing engagement for schools and teachers involved in education research programmes

Act as the main point of contact for assigned schools, providing tailored support and effective communication

Support the design and delivery of professional development aligned with research priorities

Drive participation in large-scale research initiatives, including data collection and programme implementation

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful research programmes

Lead meetings and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and progress across projects

Monitor and evaluate engagement and learning initiatives, using data to inform improvements

Translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance teacher engagement and programme impact

Develop and deliver engaging online training and create high-quality digital resources

The ideal candidate for the School Engagement and Implementation Lead role will demonstrate a comprehensive set of skills and abilities necessary to drive impactful school engagement and ensure successful programme delivery. Key required skills include:
- Degree qualified
- International teaching experience
- Experience in teacher professional development
- Comfortable with collaborative and cross-functional working
- Experience of creating inspirational, collaborative, and informative PD environments
- Experience of learning design for live, asynchronous and online contexts
- Excellent IT skills, with experience of Microsoft software
- Ability to work independently and prioritise own tasks and time, but also take direction, be flexible and work collaboratively with others.
