Senior Content Lead (Maternity Cover)
Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

In the role of Senior Content Lead, you will be responsible for leading content creation for content and assets on Global Campus (GC), Nord Anglia Education's student-facing learning platform and programme from build to run, and associated teacher resources for the programme on Nord Anglia University (NAU), Nord Anglia Education’s staff-facing professional development platform. You’ll support the operational running of the programme, to assist the Programme Manager and manage a team of Content Creators and Programme Officers to deliver the programme.
The role:
As Senior Content Lead your focus will be to:
- Line manage a team of content creators, facilitators, and programme officers.
- Oversee performance reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and resource allocation.
- Ensure high-quality, culturally appropriate content is delivered on time and to standard.
- Lead operational content development and manage timelines.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners (e.g., MIT, Juilliard).
- Support strategic and technological developments across the programme.
- Design engaging activities, events, and competitions for a global student audience.
- Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
- Liaise with schools and teachers to gather feedback and improve engagement.
- Use platforms such as Moodle and Docebo to manage and curate content (training provided).
- Confidently use Office 365, Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing tools.
- Take initiative in learning new technologies and improving performance.
- Contribute to the ongoing success and innovation of the team.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in Office 365, Canva, Adobe Suite, or other video editing tools.
- Experience in education or content creation for young learners. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
