A rare opportunity for a highly organised and detail‑focused Finance Support Officer to join International College Spain on a temporary basis (6-9 months) to provide essential support during an intensive external audit period.

This full-time temporary role has been created to support the Finance Controller and Accounts team with day-to-day accounting tasks, data validation, and audit preparation. The post holder will assist with accurate data entry, reconciliations, and financial documentation, primarily using Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring all work is completed in line with school financial procedures and deadlines.

The successful candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, an organised and methodical approach to work, and the ability to follow established financial processes independently. Previous experience in a finance or accounting support role is essential, and experience supporting external audits is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure during a busy audit period, with clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
