An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our successful team at International College Spain, starting January 2026.

We are seeking a dynamic, skilled HR professional passionate about supporting people and driving excellence in an international school environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll administration.

Experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with international employment practices and the ability to work in a multicultural environment will be highly valued. We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish.
