ABOUT YOU
You are a proactive and solutions-focused operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. With a degree and relevant experience in operations, facilities, or school/business administration, you bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
You are confident managing multiple priorities across premises management, health and safety, service providers, and operational planning. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards in a school environment and take pride in ensuring systems run smoothly and effectively.
You take pride in maintaining environments that are not only efficient and safe, but also polished, well-maintained, and reflective of a premium educational setting. You understand that operational excellence plays a key role in shaping the overall student and staff experience.
Collaborative and approachable, you build strong working relationships across staff, contractors, and external partners. You communicate clearly and professionally, and are committed to upholding the values, safety, and operational excellence of a leading international school.
THE ROLE
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in operations, facilities, building management, procurement, or school/business administration
- Understanding of general budgeting and financial control, including profit and loss, cash flow, and cost management
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Desirable
- Experience in health and safety coordination
- Experience in a school or international education environment
