We’re looking to recruit an outstanding PE Coach to join our Manila school, a Nord Anglia Education school.

 

 

 

JOB PURPOSE

 

You will be an exceptional coach who has experience teaching Primary and Secondary pupils in a range of sports. A current lifeguarding qualification and relevant coaching experience is desirable.
 

You will deliver stimulating PE and swimming lessons that provide opportunities for all students to learn and make good progress. As a genuine team-player, you’ll work across our central, regional, and local academic teams to support the development of the PE extra-curricular program.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS

 

ESSENTIAL:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Teaching qualifications (PRC Teaching License)
  • Experience teaching PE in Primary/ Secondary Level
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Understanding of effective teaching and learning theory and practice of providing effectively for the individual needs of all children through classroom organization, differentiation and learning strategies
  • A passion for PE subjects
  • A strong swimmer
  • Able to work part of a small team and strive to achieve common goals

 

DESIRABLE

  • Experience teaching Swimming in Primary/Secondary Level
  • Experience of or desire to teach/work in an international setting
  • Valid and current lifeguard qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience with the Cambridge IGCSE PE
  • Experience of leading competitive squads
