Responsibilities

 

The Manager of HR Operations will provide efficient HR partnering to the Regional Support functions and contribute to group and regional HR projects as and when required. They will also oversee and monitor day-to-day HR operations and ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of HR services delivery for the region and Regional Office colleagues. 

 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to deliver proactive HR partnering
  • Ensure adequate processes to ensure financial, legal and HR processes are on time and aligned throughout region
  • Manage the systems used by HR teams such as Success Factors, Safeguarding processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring data collection and quality across the region
  • Lead on regional reward activities and projects across the region
  • Lead recruitment for regional positions and assist line managers following a professional recruiting process.
  • Oversee the HR daily operations/administration for Regional office colleagues including compensation programmes, manage joiners/movers/leavers processes, background (DBS) checking and expatriate management
  • Assist with continuously reviewing and implementing appropriate policies and processes for Regional office colleagues;
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure HRIS system is up to date on a real time basis
  • Handling and resolution of all colleague and line manager queries, escalating as appropriate;
  • Assist with budget planning and forecasting for the regional office’s HR budget
  • Manage central filing system for Regional colleague files, ensuring all records up to date and documents easily located

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor in related field (Business, HR, economics or related field)
  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated solid HR operations experience, preferably in a multicultural environment (and preferably experience working with Latin America)
  • Bilingual Spanish English strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge using and implementing HRIS experience and knowledge- ideally specifically Success Factors
  • Experience managing regional or global projects.
  • Strong process drive Essential
  • Experience of working in HR in a global organisation
  • Experience using HRIS systems
