San Roberto International School is one of the top international schools in Monterrey, one of the most important cities in Mexico. We have two campuses; San Agustin and Valle Alto. It is a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 9 private IB day school, teaching ages 3 to 15 bilingually in Spanish and English. The San Agustin campus school is located at west of San Pedro Garza García and Valle Alto campus school is located at south of Monterrey.

Purchasing Jr

Job Purpose

Record invoices for purchases made for timely payment.

Get suppliers for the requested materials and/or services (3 quotes).

Ensure a quality service to users, academics and administration; maintaining the stock of frequently used materials. In addition, ensure the timely acquisition and delivery of the materials and / or services required, as well as ensure the process and registration of them.

 

Responsibilities

-Ensures the receipt of materials against the supplier's invoice.

-Ensures the quality control of the materials received.

-Maintains an adequate level of service quality to the users in the delivery of the required materials.

-Controls returns, claims and material changes.

-Ensures the proper order, cleanliness and accommodation of the warehouse.

-Ensures receipt of merchandise purchases and notifies the user

-Generate reports for the areas that request it.

-Process purchase orders.
