Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Boarding House Leader to join Oxford International College. The successful candidate will lead a boarding house team to provide outstanding care and support for our boarders, ensuring their wellbeing, safety, and personal development at all times. Working collaboratively within an individual boarding house, you will maintain the highest standards in line with the current Ofsted Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCIFF) and the National Minimum Standards for Boarding Schools (September 2022). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for our students.
