THE ROLE
MYP Coordinator (please also stating teaching subjects)

Provide liaison between the IBO and Northbridge International School Cambodia
-
Promote and model the IB Learner Profile
-
Drive inquiry-based teaching and learning
-
Promote international mindedness in the curriculum
-
Lead the IB authorization and evaluation processes, in conjunction with the DP Coordinator
-
Oversee the running of the MYP Personal Project and Service as Action (SA) Programme in support of the PP and SA Coordinators.

Collaborate with the other programme coordinators to ensure the curriculum is aligned and articulated

Lead and improve learning and teaching, through rigorous processes of monitoring and evaluation, as well as providing a significant input into PD to develop our learning and teaching

Lead and support the Head of Secondary for all internal and external reviews including NAE, IB and WASC
-
Work with the DP/MYP Coordinators to prepare IB and WASC evaluations

OUR NISC ACADEMIC RESULTS
For the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, our students consistently achieve above a 35 point average and a 100% pass rate, with up to 25% of students earning a score above 40. We consistently achieve 80% bilingual diplomas. For the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme personal project our students achieved a 5.7-point average, 1.65 points above the world average.
