Vacancy

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

• Location: Phnom Penh
• Reports to: Human Resources Manager
• Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm)
• Expected start date: 5 Jan 2026 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling day-to-day administration tasks including filing, issue letters, ... etc.
• Record and control the employees’ leaves, times, and attendance.
• Managing employees’ profiles and ensuring the confidentiality of personal data.
• Process necessary paperwork for new hires, probation, transfers, promotion, etc.
• Update the data on HR systems and ensure the accuracy of staff
• Support the execution of recruitment for internal and external opportunities by advertising, sourcing for recruitment of local non-management roles and ensure the recruitment/hiring activities are fully follow the local, regional and group policies/procedures.
• Conduct reference checking of new hires according to the policy.
• Support the delivery of new staff induction and other staff training according to the organization plan.
• Collect and execute the criminal background checking for new staff and coordinate the renewal after every 3 years of employment.
• Support and provide safeguarding training to staff and third party’s staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related fields
• At least year working experience in HR
• Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Must be organized, detail oriented, a self-starter, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong teamwork
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
