ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Established in 1997, Northbridge International School Cambodia (NISC) is the country's leading IB school. We are a growing and progressive educational community, currently catering to approximately 1000 students from 2-18 years old through our IB continuum PYP, MYP and DP programs. NISC is set within a spacious, modern 20-acre green campus, in the developing and vibrant capital city of Phnom Penh. 

We tailor each child’s learning journey to their needs and preferences, while combining a global perspective and innovative teaching techniques to create a truly outstanding environment. Every year, our innovative approach to education inspires our students to achieve the top academic results in Cambodia and most recently the school achieved an IBDP average of 34 points, well above the global average.

We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking leader with proven success in school leadership. While IB experience and an international background are advantageous, what matters most is your ability to lead from the front and build and develop high-performing teams. You’ll know how to balance educational excellence with strong commercial results, using data to drive improvement and deliver on clear goals across academics, finance, marketing, and community engagement.
