Reporting to the Academic Director, you will prepare students for their future career and university application process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Counsel and advise students and parents on academic options
• Advise students on their university applications
• Coach students for university interviews
• Organise events and platforms to increase awareness of further education and training options
• Ensure that the academic referees are in alignment with university requirements (especially for the Common Application and UCAS)
• Evaluate Predicted Grades, essays and other university application examinations (such as SAT, ACT, LNAT, BMAT, IETLS, TOEFL, CAE, TOLC, Art Portfolios etc.)
• Assist in securing and organising the 11th graders’ internships

PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES

• Fluent French and English (German, Italian, Spanish or Russian a plus)
• In-depth knowledge of the US, UK, European and Swiss university admission procedures and requirements to be able to advise all students (with IB, French Bac or the Swiss Maturity)
• Able to efficiently network with university admission officers
• Proficient and experienced in student personal development and self-awareness coaching
• Very good interpersonal communication skills, listening and counselling skills
• Experienced in university admission testing, mock-interview training and essay/personal statement advice and guidance
