We are looking for a Counsellors for our Leadership Camps from June 21 to July 27, 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist with morning educational training sessions, helping campers stay engaged and providing support as needed to facilitate a positive learning environment ; 
  • Guide and supervise campers during afternoon activities, ensuring their safety, participation, and enjoyment ; 
  • Actively participate in evening entertainment, creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere that encourages camper involvement ; 
  • Build rapport with teenage campers, showing empathy and understanding ; 
  • Serve as a positive role model, offering guidance, support, and a friendly ear when needed ; 
  • Maintain a high sense of responsibility for camper well-being, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all activities and events ; 
  • Work closely with other counsellors and camp staff to coordinate activities and provide a seamless experience for all campers. 

YOUR PROFILE AND COMPETENCES

 

  • Prior experience working with teenagers or in a camp setting ; 
  • Flexibility and ability to work extended hours with a positive attitude, maintaining energy and focus throughout the day, adapting to the camp’s dynamic environment with enthusiasm ; 
  • Ability to easily connect with teenagers, understanding their needs and interests ; 
  • A passion for entertainment and willingness to engage in activities such as dancing, singing, and going on stage to enhance camper experience ; 
  • A strong commitment to ensuring camper safety and adherence to camp guidelines ; 
  • Fluent English and proficient in another European language ; 
  • Clean criminal records.
