We are looking for a Head of Entertainment for our Leadership Camps from June 16 to July 27, 2026.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate closely with the leadership team to ensure activities run on time and meet quality expectations ;
- Coordinate and execute all pre-designed evening activities according to the camp programme, supervise and brief the counsellors involved in evening activities ;
- Ensure safety, discipline, and the smooth running of all evening events ;
- Prepare, organize, and manage materials, decorations, props, and set-up required for each activity ;
- Animate or co-animate evening programs, creatively enhance, adapt, or improve evening activities when appropriate and design some smaller or optional evening programs when needed ;
- Maintain a high standard of fun, organisation, and leadership learning in evening events.
YOUR PROFILE AND COMPETENCES
- Experience in camps, animation, performing arts, or youth programmes ;
- Experience in leadership, supervising teams and leading and coordinating activities ;
- Ability to work long hours and manage evening events consistently, executing programmes with precision and enthusiasm ;
- Strong organisation, planning and communication skills and the ability to enhance existing concepts, decorate basic spaces, solve problems on the fly ;
- Ability to maintain high energy and a positive atmosphere in evening settings ;
- Fluent English and proficient in another European language ;
- Clean criminal records.
