Reporting to the Managing Director, the Hospitality Director is responsible for maintaining the highest standard of service to our students, leading the function and its operations, implementing policies and preparing reports to the school’s and Nord Anglia Education’s senior management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead the Collège’s Hospitality function to maximise the satisfaction of all stakeholders and optimise operational and financial efficiency 
• Manage and coordinate operations in Health, Safety & Security, Maintenance, Travel, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping
• Develop a budget and deliver all services within established parameters
• Manage CAPEX projects
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations to keep management updated

PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES

• Degree in hospitality management and at least 10 years of hotel management experience
• Proven leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative, organised, reliable, with great attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
• Customer orientated and willing to work hospitality hours
• Proven budget management skills
• Good problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to work in teams
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
• Bilingual English and French
• Clean criminal records
• Swiss nationality or valid work permit
