KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teaches Business in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
• Leverages a variety of teaching approaches to deliver the curriculum, including ICT
• Acts as a learning coach by setting objectives that motivate and challenge students
• Adapts teachings to the strengths and needs of all students, and to exam classes
• Communicates regularly and effectively with parents about their children’s learning, achievements and progress
• Provides students with regular and constructive feedback, both orally and through accurate grading

PROFILE AND COMPETENCES

• University degree in business management
• Teaching qualification at graduate level or above
• Qualified IB Business teacher
• Proven track record of excellence in teaching with at least five years’ experience, ideally in an international school environment
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and team spirit
• Bilingual English and French
• Clean criminal records
• Swiss / EU citizenship / valid Swiss work permit
