Lifeguard (Swimming Pool & Lake) June 21 to July 27

For our upcoming Leadership Camps from June 21 to July 27, 2026, we are looking for a Lifeguard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and ensure the safety of campers during swimming and lake activities ; 
• Enforce all water safety rules and camp regulations ; 
• Monitor weather conditions and water safety levels, adapting activities accordingly ; 
• Perform rescues and administer first aid/CPR if necessary ; 
• Assist in organizing and leading water-related activities ; 
• Educate campers on water safety practices ; 
• Work collaboratively with the camp staff to ensure a fun and secure environment.

YOUR PROFILE AND COMPETENCES

• Valid lifeguard certification for both swimming pools and open water (lake) ; 
• CPR and First Aid certification ; 
• Proven experience working with children in a camp or similar setting ; 
• Strong swimming and rescue skills ; 
• Ability to remain alert, focused, and responsive in emergency situations ; 
• Professional, responsible, and team-oriented attitude ; 
• Fluent English and proficient in another European language ; 
• Clean criminal records.
