KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Drive educational success and commercial growth in one of Switzerland’s prime boarding houses.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with families, as well as educational counsellors (agents), ensuring that school’s strengths are recognized and reputation is maintained.
  • Extensive travelling to defined countries (key areas today are: Europe, China, Japan, Central Asia, Latin America, Middle-East).
  • Guide prospective parents and students by providing a positive and engaging experience from initial enquiry through to the visit of the school and the enrolment.
  • Initiate, support and participate in the coordination and delivery of school events: Open Doors, Student Recruitment Fairs, Boarding trips
  • Cater to and further develop relationships with key stakeholders (international educational counsellors and relocation agents) in areas of responsibility.
  • Contribute to ensuring effective short- and longer-term enrolment forecasting and manage CRM. Analyse data and report with high accuracy level.

PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • Ability to take initiatives, positively motivate colleagues, build mutually beneficial relationships.
  • High ethical standards and behaviour.
  • Passionate about education.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business / commerce / hospitality, ideally with at least 5 years of meaningful experience in the marketing and sale of high-end services or luxury products to HNWIs, in an international environment
  • Bilingual English and French with very good writing skills in both languages. More languages will be an asset.
  • Organised, adaptable, flexible, and open to travel requirements (approx. 40%)
  • People’s person: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, cultural sensitivity. Ability to understand and discern the needs of families of students, and to manage the expectations of prospective parents
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Swiss / EU citizenship / valid Swiss work permit.
