Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Regional Digital Performance Executive to join the Regional Marketing, Admissions and Communications team.

 

We are looking for an intelligent and organised marketer to support integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms, delivering measurable, multi-channel campaign results in both lead generation and brand awareness.

 


 

The role:

 

We seek an individual to join as a Regional Digital Performance Executive where your focus will be:

 

  • Coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns (traditional and digital) across the region, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with branding
  • Managing the coordination of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) in collaboration with the Group Digital Team
  • Liaising with external vendors (agencies & freelancers) to manage marketing materials
  • Tracking performance data and optimising campaigns to improve results
  • Managing and ensuring all school websites follow CRM best practices, guaranteeing a consistent and optimised user experience
  • Ensuring schools’ creative assets are up to date on asset management platforms including Canva, Aprimo and Sitecore
  • Managing photography and videography projects from planning to execution on behalf of the Regional Office
  • Coordinating the gathering of feedback and creating reports on campaign performance for the Regional MAC team and stakeholders
  • Providing training to new colleagues on how to navigate and update marketing platforms

 


 

The Successful Candidate will possess:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years working in a marketing team or environment (agency or client side)
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Experience of campaign development including creative materials
  • Good analytical skills and evaluation of ROI and KPIs
  • Strong aesthetic eye in evaluating collateral – both design and driving effective behaviour change
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of having worked within a service delivery or education sector (desirable)
