Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Regional Director to join Nord Anglia Education - Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa.

 

We are looking for someone to lead a team to successfully identify, enroll and retain students at Nord Anglia Education (NAE) schools through a variety of channels.

 

The team will be responsible for supporting both direct students and the agent channel, within your designated territory. Planning and executing marketing initiatives and ensuring relevant information is shared with agents to ensure an effective and compliant admissions process to our schools.

 

You will be responsible for supporting the entire Global Enrolment team to deliver an outstanding experience for agents, parents and students through the Family Experience Journey (FEJ).

 

 

The role:

We seek an individual to join as a Regional Director where your focus will be:

  • To Plan and achieve the recruitment targets across designated NAE schools.
  • To deliver the recruitment objectives through attendance at targeted recruitment events and activities
  • To work with colleagues across Marketing, Admissions and Student Recruitment to implement market-focused activity. plans.
  • Lead, coach and develop team to deliver against targets across multiple campuses.
  • Oversee data capture and lead management through CRM (Salesforce) and ensure that teams adhere to NAE business rules in relation to data capture and management.
  • Lead the review of regional enrolment data to identify opportunities and risks and develop plans to unlock or mitigate.
  • Lead all relevant analytics (lead velocity, conversation rates, performance against regional benchmarks, changes in lead sources and nationalities) to best target future growth opportunities.

 

The Successful Candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years working in a sales or service delivery sector. Experience in educational sales will be a benefit
  • Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes in the international education sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Is a champion of the benefits and opportunities associated with international education
  • Willing to undertake up to 40% travel a year sales travel globally 
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
