Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Regional Head of Digital to join our Middle East Regional Office in Dubai.
The Regional Head of Digital is responsible for defining, leading, and embedding the digital strategy across the Middle East region. The role ensures that digital activity directly supports enrolment growth, brand visibility, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across all schools. Acting as the regional authority on digital performance, platforms, data, and ways of working, this role bridges central strategy and local execution while building long-term digital maturity across the Middle East.
The role:
We seek an individual to join as Regional Head of Digital where your focus will be:
- Defining and owning the Middle East digital strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives
- Translating regional enrolment, marketing, and growth priorities into clear digital frameworks and roadmaps
- Reviewing and providing strategic oversight of centrally run paid search and paid social media campaigns, ensuring regional relevance and performance
- Defining regional paid media campaigns, setting objectives, targeting frameworks, and success metrics
- Collaborating on central SEO initiatives and ensuring regional needs and local market considerations are represented
- Supporting the management and optimisation of website functionality, landing pages, and CRO testing initiatives
- Leading performance reviews with schools, identifying risks, opportunities, and optimisation actions
- Overseeing regional websites, CMS usage, forms, integrations, and digital infrastructure
- Acting as a strategic partner to school MAC teams, providing hands-on guidance, troubleshooting, and coaching
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing or digital strategy role, ideally within an international or multi-site organisation
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, SEO, CRM, and marketing technology platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience managing or influencing digital performance across multiple stakeholders or school teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with website management, CMS platforms, and digital analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work across central, regional, and local teams
- Experience working in international education or a similarly complex, fast-moving organisation (desirable)
