A Bachelor's degree or higher and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience teaching IBDP Business Management and IBDP Economics.

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Experience working with the IB Learner Profile.

A proven track record with at least two years of successful teaching experience.

Evidence of innovating and adapting curricula to engage students and enable high levels of achievement.

Strong experience building positive partnerships with parents.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.
-
Confidence in the effective use of technology to enhance teaching, learning and administration.

Experience teaching IB MYP Individuals and Societies (desirable).

Experience teaching students for whom English is an additional language (EAL).

Experience teaching IGCSE Business Studies.
-
Experience working as part of a highly successful department and school.
-
Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in IBDP Business Management and IBDP Economics.

Contribute to the delivery of the IB Middle Years Programme through Individuals and Societies where appropriate.

Implement agreed school policies and curriculum guidelines.

Plan effectively to meet the needs of all learners through appropriate differentiation.

Set clear learning objectives and high expectations based on prior attainment.
