Compass International School Doha is a well established school set across 3 campuses in the capital city of the State of Qatar. Responsabilidades:
Supervisionar as operações da escola, incluindo manutenção, limpeza, segurança e transporte. Garante segurança, conformidade e controle orçamentário, gerenciando fornecedores, contratos e estoques. Lidera equipes nos campi, mantendo instalações, padrões de segurança e excelência em serviços
• Forte liderança e capacidade de gerir equipes operacionais.
• Habilidade em negociação e gestão de contratos.
• Proatividade, organização e excelente capacidade de planejamento.
• Flexibilidade para lidar com múltiplas tarefas e demandas simultâneas.
• Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal para interação com diferentes áreas e equipes.
• Comprometimento com a qualidade e altos padrões de excelência na execução das atividades.
