Job Description

Ensure the IBDP programme is implemented correctly and aligns with the IB Standards and Practices

Monitor the delivery of the programme to ensure assessment deadlines and requirements are met.

Require students to understand requirements regarding academic honesty and disseminate any necessary information. Enlist parental support for achieving academic honesty.

Use data to monitor and track student progress. Take a proactive approach to recognising student successes while also organising actions to tackle underperformance.

Work collaboratively to support students with university applications and follow through with IB procedures for sending results to universities.

Contribute to the wider life of the school through events, activities, and projects

Communicate professionally with parents and colleagues

Plan and deliver effective lessons for Secondary students
Required Skills/Abilities

Teaching degree with QTS
-
Experience and knowledge with IBDP
-
Strong classroom management, organisation, and teamwork skills

Previous international teaching experience

Current middle leadership experience
