The British College of Brazil (BCB) is one of the leading international schools in Sao Paulo, the biggest and one of the most important cities in Brazil, offering contemporary British international education to students from Pre-Nursery through to Secondary, teaching ages 2 to 17 bilingually in English and Portuguese. - Liderar as áreas de Admissões, Marketing e Comunicação, garantindo o alcance das metas de matrículas e retenção.
- Gerenciar toda a jornada do cliente (pais e alunos), desde o primeiro contato até a fidelização.
- Desenvolver e executar estratégias de marketing online e offline para geração de leads.
- Supervisionar o funil de admissões, melhorando conversão e experiência do cliente.
- Analisar dados e indicadores para tomada de decisão e planejamento estratégico.
- Garantir consistência da marca e qualidade da comunicação institucional.
- Planejar e executar eventos institucionais e ações de captação.
- Desenvolver parcerias externas e fortalecer o posicionamento da escola no mercado.
- Liderar, treinar e desenvolver equipes multidisciplinares.
- Gerenciar orçamento e garantir retorno sobre investimento (ROI) das ações.
