Job Description
- Lead Admissions, Marketing, and Communications functions to achieve enrollment and retention targets.
- Manage the full customer journey (parents and students) from initial contact to loyalty.
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Oversee the admissions pipeline, improving conversion rates and customer experience.
- Analyze data and KPIs to support strategic decision-making and planning.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality institutional communication.
- Plan and execute events and recruitment initiatives.
- Build external partnerships and strengthen the school’s market positioning.
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams.
- Manage budgets and ensure return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
