JOB PURPOSE: As a key member of the Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) team, the Admissions Manager is responsible for driving student enrolment by ensuring that both prospective and current families receive an exceptional experience at every stage of their journey with the school. The role contributes directly to the school’s growth strategy by strengthening market positioning, increasing enrolment, and supporting retention, while ensuring alignment with Nord Anglia Education standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and enable student enrolment growth across the school (and any affiliated campuses) by designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) strategies. This includes building and sustaining a strong school community while ensuring effective initiatives are in place to increase visibility, strengthen market positioning, attract prospective families, and support successful enrolment outcomes.
- Proactively engage with all internal and external stakeholders—including prospective families, current parents, students, academic leaders, and administrative teams—to effectively communicate the school’s learning environment, values, and culture, strengthening both recruitment and long-term retention.
- Drive student growth by delivering a seamless, high-quality admissions, retention, and overall school experience that reflects the excellence and personalized approach of Saint George School, ensuring consistency from first inquiry through enrolment and ongoing family engagement.
- Increase brand awareness and market presence by positioning the school strategically within the community, ensuring its value proposition is clearly communicated through all touchpoints and aligned with Nord Anglia Education standards.
- Actively drive prospective family engagement by encouraging campus visits and delivering an aspirational, personalized, and premium first experience that reflects the quality of the school’s offering.
- Present and communicate the school’s premium educational offering through professional, consistent, and strategic communication aligned with MAC initiatives, ensuring a strong and differentiated positioning in the market.
- Promote, model, and reinforce a high-performing, optimistic, and caring school culture, ensuring that every interaction with families reflects the school’s values and commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the MAC team to align admissions strategies with marketing and communications efforts, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and shared accountability in achieving enrolment targets.
- Support enrolment growth across campuses (where applicable) by maintaining strong collaboration with MAC counterparts, ensuring alignment, sharing best practices, and contributing to shared goals and performance outcomes.
- Foster and embed a culture where student recruitment and retention are understood as a shared responsibility across the entire school community, actively engaging academic and administrative teams in supporting enrolment efforts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full admissions cycle, from initial inquiry through enrolment, ensuring a seamless and high-quality process.
- Coordinate and deliver school tours, ensuring a premium and personalized experience for prospective families.
- Manage and respond to admissions inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent communication.
- Support the planning and management of the admissions calendar, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Track and manage the admissions pipeline, ensuring accurate data, timely follow-ups, and strong conversion outcomes.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and admissions decisions in collaboration with academic leadership.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of all admissions documentation, including contracts and required records.
- Follow up on admissions leads and outstanding documentation, ensuring progression through the enrolment process.
- Support and execute admissions and marketing events (Open Houses, tours, community engagement activities), including logistics coordination with internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager to support content collection (photos, videos) and event visibility.
- Represent Saint George School at internal and external events, strengthening relationships and brand presence.
- Support the coordination and engagement of parent ambassador networks and other parent engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and updated admissions and school-wide event calendars, ensuring visibility across the organization.
- Promote and maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional environment on campus.
- Provide guidance to front desk and administrative teams to ensure consistency in the admissions and family experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in admissions, sales, customer experience, or marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Experience in an educational or international environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in systems and data management
