Secondary Psychologist

Founded in September 2016, NACIS Shanghai is a day and boarding school that offers students a creative, challenging and rewarding learning experience. Students aged 6 to 18 years old are welcomed into our progressive and internationally minded school community. We offer a distinctive bilingual, blended learning programmer leading to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme as well as A-level Programme. Located in the Minhang District of Shanghai, the school has world class facilities that complement our innovative approach. Our staff are from 10 different countries with significant numbers of colleagues from China, the UK, Ireland and North America.

职位描述：
1）注重学生的心理健康发展，为中学生提供心理咨询和帮助
2）必须确保为心理学习提供良好的学习环境，培养学生积极的学习态度
需要定期对学生的心理学习状况进行追踪和评估，包括形成性评估和总结性评估
3）需要与家长定期进行沟通，持续关注学生在心理上的变化，以便更好地帮助学生

任职要求：
1）善于沟通，并能与同事、家长建立良好关系。
2）以身作则，不仅对学生树立较高的期望和标准，同时对自身也能做到高标准、严要求。
3） 具有一定的抗压能力，同时在工作中有想法、有条理。
4） 善于合作和沟通，不仅和同事要保持良好沟通，致力于完成学校的首要发展目标及长远目标，同时要 和家长定期保持有效的沟通。

经验资格：
1）具有心理咨询师资格以及学校心理老师资格证
2）5年以上取得资格证明后的工作经验
3）具有双语教学能力
4）如有国际学校教学经验者优先

到岗时间：2025年11月或者12月
