Established in 1972, Dover Court International School in Singapore is a leading inclusive international school with British heritage, serving international families, set on a green 12-acre site about 20 minutes from the Singapore CBD. Dover Court International School is a community with inclusion at its heart. In our Early Years we use a Reggio Emilia inspired approach. In Primary we are guided by the National Curriculum for England and the International Primary Curriculum. In Secondary we have IGCSE/GCSE, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and International BTEC qualifications. We also offer courses that focus on English, mathematics, life skills and employability through ASDAN programmes.
All students are involved in a wide range of co-curricular activities, mainly run by teaching staff. Resulting in a rich and varied co-curricular offer for our students, with our school active and competitive in the local international school sports league across a number of sports. The school has an extensive programme of residential trips starting in Year 3 up to the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award in Secondary.
We are also members of the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA) and are accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Job Summary
Are you passionate about turning data into insight and building systems that empower academic success? Join us as our Data & Compliance Manager, where you’ll take the lead in shaping how our school uses information to drive excellence.
In this role, you’ll be the strategic mind behind our Management Information System (MIS), iSAMS. Your mission: unlock its full potential. From analyzing trends and optimizing workflows to developing long-term strategies, you’ll ensure our Academic, Admissions, and Exams teams have seamless access to the tools they need.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on details and data, loves problem-solving, and brings a mix of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and IT know-how. Strong communication and customer service skills are key—you’ll be the go-to expert for making complex systems simple and effective.
Beyond data, you’ll play a critical role in compliance, ensuring the school meets all regulatory requirements with precision and confidence.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
- Own Our Data Systems: Manage and optimize iSAMS, ensuring smooth integration with other platofrms and supporting academic and adminstrative workflows.
- Champion Compliance: Act as the school's Data Protection Officer ensuring adherence to Singapore regulations and GDPR standards.
- Drive Insights & Innovation: Conduct annual system analysis, identify improvements, and recommend security enhancements.
- Support & Train: provide onboarding and training for staff, troubleshoot issues, and create resources for efficient system use.
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Work with academic teams, IT, and regional partners on upgrades, migrations, and new developments.
WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong analytical and organisation skills with a love for detail.
- Experience in data management, compliance, and IT systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage school-wide processes. Experience in education, premium services, or international environments is a plus—but not required.
