About the school

 BST offers a contemporary British international education to students in Early Years through to Secondary up to Year 13. The school was established in 2010 and has grown steadily to a nearly 600-strong student body. The school boasts more than 30 nationalities, making it a truly diverse setting in which to work.

The school has two campuses on the north-west side of the city in the pleasant residential areas of Mirzo-Ulugbek. The Sayram campus offers Early Years to the important transition of Year 2 and the Kalandar campus provides a stimulating environment for our students from Year 3 – 13. Primary and Secondary education have access to some superb sports facilities including a swimming pool and gymnasium. In addition, the classrooms are modern with state-of-the art technology.

About you

We would love to welcome the right person to BST, to lead our marketing, admissions and communications function and meet challenging commercial targets. To be successful in this role you will have:

• The enthusiasm to be at the heart of the project right from the start, and boundless energy to see it through to success
• Working with senior colleagues, the ability to plan and execute the strategic marketing, admissions and communications direction for the school and achieve challenging KPIs.
• Outstanding sales skills, including a natural story-teller’s ability to bring the school to life for parents and other stakeholders before the buildings have even been completed
• A creative eye and untamed imagination to build the school’s reputation and attract families with memorable messaging, media and events
• A talent for collaborating with both teachers and non-teaching staff alike, to align their goals with your own and drive performance
• A leadership style that embraces inclusion, imparts confidence and inspires success
