Treasury Analyst

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Treasury Analyst to join the regional finance team based in our Dubai office.
We are looking for someone to support treasury operations across the Middle East region, ensuring efficient cash management, strong financial control, and accurate reporting to enable effective regional decision-making.
The Role
We seek an individual to join as a Treasury Analyst where your focus will be:

Managing day-to-day banking operations, including payments, transfers, and account monitoring.

Supporting intercompany fund flows, reconciliations, and cash forecasting to ensure liquidity across regional accounts.

Liaising with local and regional banks to optimise pricing and service levels.

Assisting with the opening, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Preparing treasury and liquidity reports, including direct forecasts, variance analysis, and cash flow insights.

Supporting internal audits and ensuring compliance with Group Treasury policies and procedures.

Contributing to treasury projects and integration activities for newly acquired schools.

Providing regular reporting to Finance and Senior Management to support strategic treasury decisions.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (essential)

Professional certification such as CFA, ACT, CTP, or ACCA (preferred)

Proven experience as a Treasury or Finance professional, ideally within a multinational or regional organisation

Strong Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)

Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) (advantageous)

Excellent collaboration, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to prioritise tasks, work to multiple deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
