Job Description

The Strategic Projects and Partnerships Manager will support the Director General in implementing strategic priorities by coordinating projects, managing institutional relationships, and driving initiatives that enhance revenue, community engagement, and academic distinctiveness.

Job Responsabilities

1. Strategic Implementation Support

Translate H‑FARM School priorities into operational plans with milestones, owners, and KPIs. Support execution of initiatives on school growth, campus development, organisational redesign, and programme expansion. Monitor progress of cross‑functional projects and produce concise reports on risks, delays, and mitigation. Coordinate Academic, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

2. Revenue and Partnership Support

Assist in preparing proposals for philanthropic partnerships and public funding (e.g., Ratmir scholarships, Fondo Nuove Competenze), ensuring alignment with the organisation’s mission. Support development of revenue‑generating initiatives (uniforms, extracurricular activities, summer programmes) through feasibility analysis, pricing, and operational planning. Track participation, revenues, and margins, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

3. Programme and Compliance Coordination

Ensure compliance with Nord Anglia Education policies, Italian regulations, safeguarding standards, and H‑FARM governance frameworks. Coordinate risk assessments and mitigation across academic, operational, safeguarding, data protection, and reputational areas. Oversee reviews of business continuity, emergency response, and campus resilience. Support rollout of key academic programmes (AI curriculum, Entrepreneurship Lab, 6 Dimensions of Student Success) and coordinate experiential learning initiatives (e.g., STEM Week). Serve as Data Protection Officer, ensuring GDPR compliance, data governance, staff awareness, and incident management.

4. Community and Governance Engagement

Organise PTA and parent governance meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and follow‑ups. Support activation of the Industry Academic Board and engagement with industry partners. Contribute to the planning and delivery of institutional, academic, and community events aligned with the schools’ strategic direction.

5. Institutional and Corporate Affairs

Prepare and coordinate meetings with local authorities and institutional partners, ensuring complete briefings and documentation. Manage obligations related to authorisations, partnerships, reporting, and public‑sector requirements with accuracy and timeliness.

Required Skills/Abilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in project coordination, institutional relations, or education administration.
  • Experience in event planning and community engagement.
  • Knowledge of international school operations is an advantage.
