YOUR PROFILE

As part of your training at EHL, we invite you to complete your administrative internship within our Marketing and Admissions Department, while also contributing to the organisation of our Summer Camp. This unique experience will give you the chance to engage in a wide range of activities: from supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating school events, and assisting with admissions tours and graduation, to playing an active role in preparing and running our Summer Camp.

 

Throughout your internship, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, the Admissions team, and the Summer Camp leadership team. This exposure will allow you to develop a versatile skill set, strengthen your organisational abilities, and gain valuable experience across several areas of school life.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Marketing:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts while managing community interactions.

  • Support the development and delivery of email marketing campaigns.

  • Assist with content creation by coordinating photo shoots and checking attendance.

  • Contribute to the organisation of school events, including logistics, promotional materials, and attendee communications.

  • Provide general marketing support such as website content updates and yearbook production.

 

Admissions:

  • Support campus tours and assist with events such as Parent/Teacher meetings and Graduation.

 

Summer Camp:

Before the Summer Camp begins:

  • Assist with camper enrolment and collection of required forms.

  • Maintain and update camper and staff databases.

  • Support onboarding of camp staff and contribute to staff training organisation.

  • Help prepare camp schedules, ensuring activities and staffing are well-coordinated.

  • Provide general administrative support to the Summer Camp leadership team.

During the Summer Camp:

  • Be part of the administrative team supporting 50 monitors and 260 campers over 5 weeks.

  • Continue to provide administrative support to camp leadership.

  • Coordinate with local providers for camp activities.

  • Assist with logistics on arrival and departure days, ensuring campers’ safety.

  • Participate in the boarding life of campers, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.

 

 

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Ongoing Bachelor’s degree in hospitality at EHL.

  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).

  • Good IT skills.

  • No prior work experience required.
