Nord Anglia Education – the world’s leading private school’s organisation is recruiting a Brand Communication & Event Relations Officer.

 

Role Overview

The Brand Communication & Event Relations Officer is responsible for strengthening the school’s brand reputation, managing global digital channels, and delivering high-impact marketing events that support student recruitment and community engagement. This role contributes directly to student enrolment growth through marketing activity.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1.Global Social Media Management

Manage and grow the school’s presence across:

  • Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
  • LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Little Red Book (RED)

Develop platform-specific content strategies

Ensure consistent, high-quality storytelling aligned with brand positioning

 

2. Campaign Management (Paid & Organic)

Plan and execute integrated social media campaigns

Coordinate paid advertising campaigns (with agency or internal support)

Monitor performance and optimise campaigns for engagement and enquiries

 

3. Website Management

Maintain and update the school’s official website

Develop landing pages to support campaigns and events

Ensure strong user experience and clear parent journey to enquiry

 

4. Event Planning & Execution

Lead planning and delivery of key marketing events, including: Open Days, Little Learners programmes, Seasonal and community events

Manage event promotion, registration, and follow-up

Ensure high-quality on-site experience for prospective families

 

5. External Partnerships & Outreach

Develop and manage relationships with: KOLs / influencers, Education agents

Corporate partners (HR, relocation services)

Identify new partnership opportunities to drive enrolment

 

6. Content, PR & Communications

Write and publish: News articles,School achievements and student success stories

Translate marketing content where required (EN/CN)

Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging

 

 7. Brand & Reputation Management

Promote school achievements, awards, and outcomes

Strengthen brand positioning in a competitive market

Support consistent communication across all channels

 

8. Marketing Coordination & Administration

Support campaign coordination and internal communications

Assist with marketing documentation and reporting

 

Skills & Experience

 

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

3–5 years’ experience in brand, communications, or event marketing

Fluent in English, with the ability to use English as a working language, including independently handling communication, content creation, and coordination with overseas stakeholders

Strong content writing and storytelling skills

Experience managing global social media platforms

Event planning and stakeholder management experience
