ADEK Liaison Officer

 

Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organised and proactive ADEK Liaison Officer to support the school in maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and governance.

 

Closing date for applications is 20th March 2026.

 

The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact with ADEK, overseeing regulatory processes, managing ADEK digital systems, and coordinating approvals for students, staff, third-party providers, school trips, and events. Working closely with both academic and administrative teams, the role will also support preparation for inspections and compliance visits, ensuring all documentation and processes meet ADEK requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in a UAE school environment to play an important role in supporting the smooth and compliant operation of a leading international school. 

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working in a UAE school environment, with an understanding of regulatory processes and compliance requirements.

  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and submissions.

  • Be confident using digital systems and data platforms, ideally with experience of ADEK systems such as eSIS and related portals.

  • Have experience coordinating regulatory documentation, approvals, or compliance processes.

  • Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Be proactive and solutions focused, with the ability to interpret regulatory guidance and support its implementation across the school.

  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy when handling sensitive information and documentation.

  • Ideally have experience supporting inspections, compliance visits, or regulatory audits within an educational setting.
