EAP Coordinator 

 

Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organised and proactive Enrichment and Trips Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality co-curricular experiences and be responsible for the administration of the school’s programme that offers students a diverse range of activities in line with the school’s priorities and values, ensuring efficient coordination, clear communication, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will - 

 

  • Support the planning, organisation, and administration of the school’s enrichment programme, ensuring a wide range of co-curricular activities that reflect the school’s priorities and values.

  • Assist trip leaders in coordinating school trips, including transport, accommodation, activities, and regulatory approvals.

  • Provide administrative and communication support to families, ensuring information is clear, timely, and reassuring.

  • Maintain accurate records of enrichment activities and trips, including attendance, payments, and compliance documentation.

  • Collaborate with staff, external providers, and the Health & Safety team to ensure all activities and trips are safe, well-prepared, and compliant with ADEK requirements.

  • Support reporting and monitoring of student participation and engagement, using data to help refine and improve programmes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the school’s co-curricular offerings, staying informed about best practices in enrichment, wellbeing, and safeguarding.
