Job Purpose:
As the Admissions Manager, you are responsible for strategically and operationally managing the admission process for new students, ensuring a positive experience for interested families, compliance with institutional criteria, and strengthening the school's image.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full admissions process.
- Guiding families from inquiry to enrollment.
- Coordinating tours, interviews & evaluations.
- Collaborating with academic teams
- Supporting promotional and recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of successful professional experience in admissions processes, customer service, or commercial areas.
- Skills: Excellent analysis and synthesis skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish. Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills. Proven leadership abilities promoting collaboration and team work. Professional attitude and people skills with eagerness to enthusiastic, proactive, and positive.
- Knowledge: Knowledge in school admissions processes, basic interview and evaluation techniques, basic educational regulations, sales, marketing, and public relations.
